Yupp.. its been ages since alphe last blogged.. cause theres no major program.. lol.. but this coming sat alphe will be in a competiton at sentosa again.. downtown escapade.. something like the amazing race! cool man! shall play my hearts out and enjoy have fun!!!! Frisbee???

yesyes! here are some pics ive pick out! on the surf & sweat big DAY!. it all started well except i OVERSLEPT and woke at 715am with jerlyn calling me. lol.
our FIRST GAME was a shock for us and after the first game.. we got really confident enough to beat other teams ! =] thanks to them and of course our TEAM ! bad thing that dan didnt came to sentosa to support! hah. but HE CALLED US! which WAS A YEAHYEAH ! =]
between all the games we played theres A HUGE Break for us.. so plenty of time to fool around n get the pics. =]

was seriously fun just now during frisbee although its FREAKINGLY STRESS+ pressure! from all else. whose there ? > jerlyn,me,jon,bob,my!
well, jon me jer didnt join in their game and we practice on our own. really FUN + some really TIRING training!.. all the running back and fourth . jon's voice really turned "gay" when hes out of breathe, laughing out LOUD!
phew, feeling really good after everything this last two training..
